Plumbing.Agency is a marketing team built for one kind of business: Canadian plumbing companies that do good work and want more of the right calls. We run local search, paid search, websites and call tracking, reviews and campaigns, and we judge all of it by booked jobs. We are not plumbers, and we don't pretend to be.
What we are, and what we're not
The answer first: we're a digital marketing and business consulting service for plumbing businesses, and we don't do plumbing work of any kind. We don't install water heaters, clear drains or repair leaks. We don't inspect, design or certify anything. We don't interpret codes or tell you what a permit requires.
That line matters, because a lot of plumbing marketing goes wrong when the agency starts making claims it can't stand behind. Our rule is simple. We say only what you've confirmed about your business, link the regulators so customers can check, and leave compliance to the people who regulate it.
The group behind us
Plumbing.Agency is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies. It's Canadian and headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and it serves plumbing companies across the country.

Ali Sedighi, MBA
Ali leads Plumbing.Agency. His MBA is in Technology Management. His marketing career runs 17+ years: in 2007 he set up ONE.ir, a full-service digital marketing agency, and today he lives and works in Vancouver.
Conv.ca, his conversion-rate optimisation agency, and MyAutomation.ca are also his founding work. His clients have been in Canada, the USA and Dubai.
The experience most relevant to plumbing owners is in home services. Ali has built 150+ live HVAC websites, including projects such as CombiBoiler.ca, GasBoilers.ca, Roma Heating & Cooling, CanroHeat.ca and BCWide.ca. HVAC and plumbing customers behave alike: they search urgently, compare a few companies on the map, read reviews and pick up the phone. That's where our methods were tested. The results page labels every number clearly as results from our HVAC work.
How we work
Five habits shape every account:
- One number. We agree on a target cost per booked job with you before spending anything, and we report against it every month.
- Your accounts, your name. Website, domain, Google Business Profile, ad accounts and call data are set up in your company's name. If you leave, everything stays with you.
- Fix the leaks before buying traffic. Tracking, the profile and the phone come before ad budgets go up.
- No shortcuts that come back to bite. No fake reviews, no review gating, no doorway pages, no keyword-stuffed business names, no rankings promised.
- Plain reporting. Calls, booked jobs and cost per booked job, explained in a monthly review call rather than a 40-page PDF.
Who we work with
Residential and light-commercial plumbing companies, usually with one to fifteen trucks, in every province and territory. British Columbia gets the most depth because it's home, but the areas hub covers the whole country.
