Plumbing.Agency plans start at $1,999 a month, or $1,499 a month when billed annually. They follow the Trades.Agency pricing structure, because we're the plumbing practice in that family. Every plan is month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel, and your first 30-minute consultation is free. Below: the three plans, what drives cost, tax by province and how to choose. The three plans
The answer first: pick by how many channels you need run at once, not by company size.
| Plan | Month-to-month | Billed annually | What it covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | $1,999/month | $1,499/month | The core marketing an established plumbing company needs, run properly. |
| Elite | $3,999/month | $2,999/month | More channels run at once, and Trades.Agency website design packages at 50% off. |
| Enterprise | $7,999/month | $5,999/month | Your own dedicated marketing team and priority support, with the website design and build of any package included at no charge. |
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Ad spend is separate and paid to the platforms from your own accounts.
The free 30-minute initial consultation is for eligible trades businesses and is separate from the paid plans. It's a working conversation about your numbers, not a sales script.
What drives your cost
Three things decide which plan fits and how much ad spend makes sense:
- How many channels need running. Profile and reviews alone is a lighter job than profile, reviews, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Local Services Ads, a website rebuild and a maintenance-plan campaign at once.
- How many markets you serve. One city with a few suburbs is simpler than three separate regions, each needing its own campaigns, pages and reports.
- The state of what you already have. A company with clean tracking and a decent site starts faster than one where calls can't be traced and the website has to be rebuilt.
Ad spend is a separate decision. We work it out backwards from your target: the number of extra booked jobs you want, multiplied by the cost per booked job we agree on. Our cost-per-booked-job guide shows the arithmetic.
Tax by province
Our fees carry sales tax based on your province, at CRA rates as of October 2026. The CRA's GST/HST rate page lists the current rates:
| Where your business is | Tax added |
|---|---|
| Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut | 5% GST |
| Ontario | 13% HST |
| Nova Scotia | 14% HST |
| New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island | 15% HST |
| Quebec | 5% GST plus 9.975% QST |
In British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan, provincial sales tax is added only where it applies to the service.
How to choose
A simple way to think about it:
- Growth fits a company that needs the essentials done properly: profile, local SEO, reviews and focused paid search in one market.
- Elite fits a company running several channels at once, or one that needs a new website soon, since the website discount offsets part of the build.
- Enterprise fits multi-location companies or those running many campaigns across several regions, where a dedicated team and a website build are part of the deal.
Not sure? Start the conversation and we'll recommend one in writing, with reasons. If the honest answer is that you need a fix to call handling before any plan, we'll tell you that too.
Budgeting ad spend alongside the plan
A simple worked illustration, not a client figure: a company on the Growth plan wants 20 more booked water heater jobs a month and agrees a target of $160 per booked job. That implies about $3,200 a month in total channel cost for that work. The plan fee covers our side, and the rest becomes media budget paid to the platform. If the target holds after two months, we discuss adding budget; if it doesn't, we fix conversion or call handling before spending more.
What you always get
Whatever the plan:
- accounts, website and data in your company's name,
- a target cost per booked job agreed before launch,
- monthly reporting and a review call,
- no review gating, no fake reviews and no ranking promises.

Frequently asked questions
Is ad spend included in the plan price?
No. Ad spend is paid directly to Google, Microsoft or other platforms from your own account. The plan covers our work: strategy, set-up, management and reporting.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term contract is required. You pay month to month and give 30 days' notice whenever you want to stop; paying annually is optional and brings the monthly rate down.
Which plan includes which services?
Your written proposal sets that out. The plan summaries below describe each level; the exact services, scope and terms are confirmed in writing before you sign.
Do you charge a set-up fee?
Any one-time costs, such as a website build, are spelled out in your written proposal before you agree to anything. If a fee question matters to you, ask and we'll confirm the answer in writing in that proposal.
