Results from our HVAC work, and what carries over to plumbing

We don't have plumbing case studies to publish yet. These are real, named results from our HVAC work, and below each one we explain which part of the method a plumbing company can use.

Here's the honest position: Plumbing.Agency doesn't yet have plumbing case studies we can publish. Rather than blur HVAC numbers into plumbing claims, we show results from our HVAC work, name each client, link each live site, and explain what carries over. Heating and plumbing companies win customers the same way: urgent searches, map-pack decisions, reviews and phone calls. That's why the methods behind local SEO, paid search and websites apply directly.

Roma Heating & Cooling: organic growth from content and pages

The result: Roma Heating & Cooling grew organic traffic 400% in 12 months.

What transfers to plumbing: the patient, year-long organic approach. For any home-service company, sustained organic growth depends on a proper page for each service and each area served, supported by useful content month after month. For a plumber, that means separate pages for water heater replacement, drain clearing, repiping, leak repair and fixtures, plus honest area pages. Our service-area page guide shows the standard we hold them to.

What doesn't transfer: the number itself. Twelve months of growth for a heating company says nothing certain about your market.

BCWide.ca: fast lead lift in BC

The result: BCWide.ca reached 3× leads in 90 days.

What transfers: the idea that a short window can still move the numbers. For a plumbing company, the quickest gains within 90 days usually come from making calling easy, counting every call and putting paid budget behind the job types that book; organic work takes longer.

CanroHeat.ca: steady lead growth

The result: CanroHeat.ca achieved 250% lead growth.

What transfers: the foundations. Lasting lead growth for a plumber rests on the same basics any home-service company needs: A complete Google Business Profile, service pages that answer real questions, and a review routine that keeps the profile fresh. None of these is clever, and all of them compound.

HVACDeal.ca: lead volume and return

The result: HVACDeal.ca generated 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI.

What transfers: a return ratio like that depends on knowing what each lead and job is worth. It's the reason we run plumbing accounts on cost per booked job rather than cost per click. If you know your average ticket on water heater replacements and what you pay to book one, you can decide how hard to push. Our cost-per-booked-job guide walks through the arithmetic.

GasBoilers.ca: a division built across BC communities

The result: CANRO Heat's gas-boiler division, GasBoilers.ca, now covers 26+ BC communities, with a rating of 5.0★ from 76+ Google reviews.

What transfers: two things. First, a focused division brand can work for one high-value service line, much as a plumbing company might give water heaters or commercial service its own campaign. Second, multi-community coverage only works when every community gets genuine attention, and the reviews show customers noticed. Our reviews service runs the same kind of routine.

Why we don't borrow numbers

It would be easy to put "300% more leads" next to a picture of a plumber's van. It would also be misleading, and Canada's Competition Act treats misleading claims seriously. So every figure here names an HVAC client, links its live site and stays labelled as HVAC. When you read a proposal from any agency, apply the same test: whose result is it, what trade, which years, and can you check it?

How we'll report your results

Your monthly report covers:

  • calls by channel, separated into qualified and unqualified,
  • booked jobs matched from your job records,
  • cost per booked job by channel and job type,
  • reviews gained and answered,
  • what we changed and what we'll test next.

When we have plumbing clients willing to be named, with written permission for each metric, we'll publish their results here. Until then, every number on this page is an HVAC result, and the full list is on hvac.agency's case studies page. See pricing for what a plan includes.

Frequently asked questions

Why don't you show plumbing results?

Because we don't have any we're allowed to publish yet. When plumbing clients give written permission to share their name, link and numbers, we'll add them. Until then, we show HVAC results and label them clearly.

Will my plumbing company get the same results?

No one can promise that. These numbers belong to other businesses in another trade. What transfers is the method, and we report your own numbers every month so you can judge it on your results.

Can I check these results?

Each result names the client and links its live website. The full list of HVAC case studies is on hvac.agency.
